Mission statement

Skallerup Feriecenter´s mission is to maintain and expand its status and special distinction as the most attractive holiday centre for families with children, with an emphasis on giving its guests a quality holiday at a reasonable price, combined with a broad range of activities and facilities.

Earnings will be at a level such that equity is kept intact while at the same time ensuring the up-to-date maintenance, renovation and expansion of the facilities.

Skallerup Klit Feriecenter A/S is a non-profit corporation. Pursuant to the articles of assocation for the A/S, any profits must be used exclusively to renovate and improve the product.

The bulk of the shareholders in the A/S donated their shares to the Skallerup Fund in 1977. The remaining shares were later redeemed, so that the Skallerup Fund currently owns 100% of the shares in Skallerup Klit Feriecenter A/S.

No new shares have been issued, and the existing shares will remain in the fund.
